Untangle the Chaos of Everyday Life
Mid-life is full-on for women. We’re navigating our busy careers, kids, the home, ageing parents, partners, and our health. All of this at a time when our bodies are changing due to perimenopause. This mid-life crush leaves us exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering if something else might be going on. Is it anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression? Sometimes it is. The bottom line is that our executive function skills (emotional regulation, organization, prioritization, working memory) are dropping. And just at the time when we need them most!
I specialize in working with professional women experiencing the crush of mid-life, perimenopause, and suspected or a new ADHD diagnosis. My mission is to help them step away from the struggle of just keeping up to feeling released from constant pressure, accomplished, and proud.

What Clients are Saying

Hi, I’m Erin
Founder and Coach, Thriving Minds at Work
After 20 years navigating the corporate world as a tech executive, I reached a place where I sought better alignment and more fulfillment. I now strive to provide effective supports for professional women struggling with mid-life due to crushing demands, hormone changes (thanks perimenopause!), anxiety, depression, ADHD or suspected ADHD through executive function coaching.
“My main motivation is to help women bring about real, sustainable change for themselves at work and at home so they can feel organized, focused, and productive. That in turn starts to bring about a quiet confidence and calmness that hasn’t been felt in years, if not decades.” - Erin Wong

What is Executive Functioning?
At its core, executive functions are a set of skills that are designed to help us manage the tasks of daily living. The stronger these skills work, the better we can get through our daily tasks and achieve our life’s goals. As adults, having executive function challenges can look like:
Never having enough time to do what you need to do
Workspaces and home being cluttered and disorganized
Forgetting to do things you promised
Chronically running late
Losing your cool when people don’t do what you think they should
“Waste” away your time when you know there’s work to be done
Benefits of Executive Function Coaching
Having a coach support your executive function skill development helps you in very direct ways with:
Focusing on your most important work
Getting started with hard tasks
Finishing tasks and projects
Breaking the analysis paralysis cycle
Nervous system and emotional regulation
These small changes will have a big impact including:
✔️ Feeling more organized
✔️ Feeling accomplished and productive
✔️ Time for yourself to restore your energy
✔️ Small, positive shifts in your confidence
